I dont normally blog about a restaurant twice, but here’s the thing. I gave the Tipsy Cow (in Sherman Oaks) the honor of having the best burger in the city. And then, as it were, I just had the Mac Daddy burger because I was dining with the one person who would appreciate mac n cheese with pulled pork on a beef patty…. and it turned out to be the most divine, mouthwatering, memorable burger Ive ever had. A medium rare burger with a slab of provolone cheese, layered with a generous and fatty helping of pulled pork (without too much bbq sauce) and home made mac n cheese from a spaghetti noodle bake. Im gonna leave it at that.
